Nthabiseng specialises in South African corporate tax, international tax as well as South African exchange control regulatory matters. She specialises in the setting up and maintenance of corporate structures, general corporate tax matters, corporate transactions, empowerment deals, private equity and inbound or outbound investment.
She uses her corporate governance and tax experience to assist in the Regulatory Compliance division. IoT Advisory has partnered with certified business coaches in the management consulting services to utilise their over 20 years of experience.
